Hi, I’m Isa-Welly, a Nutritionist, Pilates and Wellness coach.
As an ex-professional dancer, I am passionate about movement but more specifically alignement, strength and flexibility which is what this course will be bringing you.
Through my very popular pilates classes in London, I came accross so many beginners students who missed the basics of Pilates and struggled to follow along in group classes. So I wanted to create an exciting, fun but thorough course that would guide any beginners through this beautiful but challenging form of exercice. Expect to feel strong, lengthened and empowered.
